Retail Customers

We sell firewood by the bundle, Row ( 5' Wide x 2.5' High x Length of firewood), 1/4 cord, 1/2 cord, 3/4 cords and full cords. 

We sell a "True Cord". A cord of wood equals 128 cu. ft.  (4' x 4' x 8'). We pride ourselves on knowing we always sell a true cord. When a customer pays for a cord the customer expects to receive a true cord of wood. And we do not take advantage of customers who don't know what a true cord is. We are willing to educate.

Alligator Juniper- $140.00 per cord / $80.00 per half cord
It starts a fire very well and smells great, makes popping sounds while burning, and burns clean. This wood is a very popular firewood among most in Catron County, NM residents. There seems to be some debate as to whether or not it burns hotter and longer than "Shaggy Bark" Cedar (Juniper).

Utah "Shaggy Bark" Cedar (Juniper)- $140.00 per cord / $80.00 per half cord
It starts a fire very well and smells great, makes popping sounds while burning, and burns hot and clean. This wood is a very popular firewood among most in Catron County, NM residents. There seems to be some debate as to whether or not it burns hotter and longer than Alligator Juniper

Pinion Pine- $140.00 per cord / $80.00 per half cord
 This is a harder variety of softwood. It starts well, burns very hot and long, and smells great. It is a natural mosquito repellent, and is commonly burned outdoors for such purpose. Not recommended for BB-Q

Ponderosa Pine- (Split) $100.00 per cord / $55.00 per half cord
Ponderosa Pine is Not Available Unsplit (Not Available in Whole Rounds)

This wood is a soft wood. It burns even and smell great. It is a great wood for a wood cook stove as it regulates heat well.

Gambles Oak- This is a very hard wood. It is great for BB-Q's, outside cooking, smoking a creating a coal bed. It burns hot and long. 
 
Douglas Fur- Fast lighting, pops while burning, easy to split, and even burning. Also a great wood for a wood cook stove.

Splitting Fee- $25.00 per cord
     *We Split all wood to a 6" diam.
 
Delivery Fee-Starting at $10.00 per delivery. 
     *Delivery prices are based on delivery location and mileage. Please call for an accurate delivery fee for your location. Thank You.
 
Stacking Fee- $50.00 per cord / $25.00 per half cord ($25.00 minimum)
     *Stacking fee is for stacking up to 5' from the truck, any further will be an added charge. Please call for an accurate Stacking Fee for your requirements. Thank You.
 
Specialty Requirements-(Shorter than 14")- $190.00 per cord / $100.00 per half cord.
    *Minimum order of 2 cords required for Specialty Requirement Orders. 

Bundles-$6.99 ea. or 2 for $12.00
Bundles are 0.80 Cu. Ft. per bundle.

 * Bundles may contain one or more of Alligator Juniper, "Shaggy Bark" Cedar (Juniper), Pinion- Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Fur species.

1/4 Cord Pallet- $50.00 (*Not including pallet fee)
1/2 Cord Pallet- $85.00 (*Not including pallet fee)
1 Cord Pallet- $165.00 (*Not including pallet fee)
 
*All Pallets may contain one or more of  Alligator Juniper, "Shaggy Bark" Cedar (Juniper), Pinion- Pine, Ponderosa Pine, Fur species.

**There is an added $ 15 pallet fee for all pallets sold. You may return/replace a pallet in good, usable, working condition and receive a discount on your next purchase for the pallet fee, upon return.
